 As a new Mountainview Chiropractic Patient, your initial visit will likely include the following:
  • Consultation - We will sit down with you to answer your questions and discuss your health concerns.
  • Physical Examination - We will go through a discovery process and thoroughly evaluate your needs, which will guide us towards the best course of treatment for you.
  • X-Ray Examination - We offer radiological services on-site and on an "as needed" basis.
  • Treatment - We will provide direct, specific, and effective chiropractic care and work with each patient on an individual basis.
  • Recommendations - We place a strong emphasis on self care, which is also known as active care. We will help you with the following:
    • Improved Posture
    • Strength and Flexibility exercise programs
    • Improved bending and lifting techniques
    • Nutritional counseling
    • Improved ergonomics
    • Enhanced physical performance
What to expect with homeopathic care:

Many homeopathy clients state that they feel listened to in a way they've never been listened to in the past. You can expect Christina to listen carefully and to offer you privacy, confidentiality and caring in the office. The first visit is typically 1 1/2 to 2 hours in duration because we go through your entire health history in order to have a complete constitutional understanding of your health. It is advised to complete the new patient forms prior to the first consultation, but if this is not possible Christina will gain the necessary information during the consultation.

After the first visit Christina may select a remedy while you are in the office or may choose to spend additional time analyzing your case. If the latter is necessary she will ask the office to call you when your constitutional remedy is ready for pick up. Clear instructions will be given to you on how to take the remedy, and when to come back for a follow-up visit.

While homeopathy can have immediate and marked benefits, it is important to note that the state of your health has most likely taken a long time to develop and it could take a while to bring you back to health and well-being. Please be patient and open in your consultations with Christina; this will assist the process.
